Deposits

You will need to Read, Sign and Submit a copy of my policy when placing a deposit with Glidermom Exotics. By signing and submitting a copy of my policy you have understood and agree to the terms provided.

This is also your guarntee for the pet you are aquiring. This has to be submitted to me before sending your deposit. After I recieve this form I place the animal on hold for 7 days. After 7 days if I do not receive your deposit the animal will go to the next deposit received. You will receive an email from me as soon as the deposit arrives.

If you send a deposit without signing a copy of the policy it has to be signed before I release the animal to you.

Health Guarantee and Placement Agreement

*** Hedgehogs will be replaced if death is caused by a birth defect.
Hedgehogs otherwise carry a one (1) month guarantee.

There is no guarantee on primates. The only way we will refund your money is if
the baby dies within thirty (30) days of purchase from a birth defect. This has
to be proven by vet with written statement from vet and test results to prove.

***Policy states:

The purchaser is responsible for taking the new pet to a licensed veterinarian
with seventy-two (72) hours of the purchase date for a complete exam and tests.
The purchaser is responsible for all veterinarian expenses for the pet. If the
veterinarian exam reveals that the pet is suffering from a life-threatening
disease, illness, or defect, the purchaser may return the live pet back to me,
within 24 hours of the veterinarian exam with a signed statement from the vet
showing the time and date the pet was examined, why the pet is in poor health,
and a description of the symptoms with lab results supporting the opinion. Only
then can the purchaser receive a replacement pet. I am not responsible for any
illnesses, health defects, or physical problems that occur one (1) month or more
after the date of the purchase of the pet. Under no condition will I replace a
primate that tests positive for TB or any other disease carried by humans.

***Under no condition will I replace a pet with the time limit expired or if I
was not advised of the pet being ill beforehand. Nor will a pet be replaced that
has been put to sleep or a pet dying or dead from possible trauma, stress,
improper diet, disease or other health condition developed after the sale of the
animal. If your new pet becomes ill, less active or playful, or you notice loose
stools for more than twelve (12) hours, take your new pet immediately to a
veterinarian.

***Should the animal pass away within the 72 hours, due to parasites or a
similar condition that is directly related to the breeder or establishment and
the purchased animal has not been exposed to any other animal, you have the
right to receive a refund or replacement of your glider/hedgehog/skinny pig with the next
available animal, at your choice. A medical exam will be needed by a qualified
veterinarian to prove illness at the expense of the buyer.

***Trauma, stress related illnesses, and bacterial infections related to stress
are NOT covered. You are responsible for watching for stress symptoms. Should
symptoms arise, owner is responsible to get the animal to the vet immediately.
All vet bills incurred for stress related illnesses will be the responsibility
of the new owner.

***It is not our responsibility if life is lost due to accidents, neglect, or
mistreatment of any kind on any the animals we have here at Glidermom Exotics.

If you buy a primate from me  and decide to sell within the first year and  DO
NOT give me first right to buy it back at a reasonable price, you agree to pay a
fee of $25,000 dollars.

We do not sell to states where it is illegal to own these animals.
